Online safeguarding: the dark web: what is it?

The Children’s Society have published a guide about the dark web, an area of the internet that can only be accessed through particular software and where networks are encrypted to make users anonymous. Discusses why young people use the dark web, why this is a safeguarding concern and what professionals can to do if they have concerns.
